Answer: Digitech is a company that deals with the development of business platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and other embedded systems. On the same note, Digitech focuses on the security of the data. With many organizations prioritizing on real-time data in order to increase service delivery, Digitech believes in securing such data for subject companies. To achieve the security of organizational data, Digitech employs methodologies such as data backs ups and implementing authorization and authentication measures. On data security and storage capabilities, Digitech offers cloud services in order to reach as many customers as possible. Similarly, the company offers IT consultancy services. It offers services such as installing networks and setting up of internal organizational data centers. The company has the following departments; the human resource which deals with employee affairs, technical which offers services that are related to networking, hosting department offers doma in name and hosting of organizational applications. With these few services, the company categorizes itself as startup Company that focuses on streamlining organizational technology services. The vision of the company is Technology, the future of business. To achieve companys vision, it works under the following core values; secure business, operational privacy and competitive advantage. Its mission is driving business to a competitive edge. Service delivery is of paramount in the company because Digitech is founded under IT service delivery. The Company services are quite essential holding to the fact that, many organizations are facing technological problems (Tsai, Sun Balasooriya, 2010). In this regard, the Company has been founded on the right time when other non-technology organizations are struggling to implement and offer efficient services with help of IT. The setting of IT infrastructure has not been easy and this is where many organizations find our services reliable. Organizations are unable to manage their data, as an IT company this service is one of the areas that we have specialized on so that we can bridge the gap (Davis et al, 2015). In case our customers want to access their data on real-time, Digitech host the data and provides all authorizations, and authentication procedures to make sure clients data is free from interruptions. Additionally, some other organizations have been running without a websi te that can be used to document business process and its operations. Website development has been our routine service that Digitech offers to various companies (Kasemsap, 2018). Despite website development, hosting of systems is the service that many organizations have been requesting for from Digitech. To host any application that has been developed from within Digitech, most of the services such as hosting and domain name services are combined. Consequently, the Company offers cloud-based services to non-technology startup companies (Salazar Li, 2018). Since the service has not been fully rolled out but it has recorded high demand from other companies. This is a clear indication that Digitech services are unique and promising to organizations. To make Digitech services outstanding, there are basic but very important measures that have been put in place. First, in order to offer quality service to clients, the company has developed a pool of competent employees from its departments. Each departmental manager is tasked with a responsibility of making sure all employees are screened very carefully. The departmental manager is expected to team up human resource department during hiring in order to help in selecting competent employees. Once new recruitment has been done, the company does not assume employees have required skills to execute organizational duties diligently. All new recruit must undergo refresher course training while on probation. This gives organization under departmental manager to scrutinize whether target employee fits in the organizational structures. In its service delivery, organization put very key interest in three departments because they are very sensitive. The hosting department which supports other organizations systems such as websites and remote backup through cloud-based services (Andre Cardin, 2018). The second one is the technical department which is tasked with system maintenance for the Company and other organization. The third department is application and system development where all systems are designed and developed to meet clients needs. It is in these departments where clients needs are captured so that it is possible to deliver accordingly. In each of these three departments, there is a section of employees who are tasked with collecting clients requirements and specifications that must be met. In this regard, it is very clear that quality is the priority in the Digitech as it focuses on making technological advancement the future of business success. Once Company has competent employees and organized departments to execute organizational duties diligently, the company must make sure all facilities are in order (Chen, Chiang Storey, 2012). It would be useless to have competent teams that do not have enough workload to handle. To reach many customers, Digitech has employed several mechanisms. First, it has developed a compressive website that has been integrated with much functionality to support other business operations. When organizations visit our website for such services, they get to learn of more interesting opportunities that Digitech offers for business success. Such services are offered with minor maintenance fee with a sole opportunity of exposing our services when organizations visit our website. Apart from the website, the company has very proactive sales department which tries to reach as many clients as possible through different means such as social media platforms and befriending target organizations. In conclusion, to make sure customers have trust in our services, the company promises to offer maintenance for free within the first 1 year. This is only meant to attract customers by creating confidence on our services. Finally, having an integrated system and a proactive team with diverse skills and experience has made the company built its image.
